Here are some instructions for completing and emailing your preliminary adoption application to us.
- Click on the "Download form" button
- Once form comes up go to lower right hand corner and click the "save" button (its the button that looks like a floppy disk)
- Save the form in your downloads, documents or whatever file you want
- after saving the file you can then go to the location where you saved the file and open it in Adobe Reader
-once opened in Adobe Reader look in the upper right corner of the page there should be a few different options to choose from (tools, fill and sign, and comment)
- select the fill and sign tab
- double click the add text button then go to form and double click where you want to add text and start writing
- if you run out of room to write you can also right click to get a tab that offers an option called "add a sticky note" if you select "add a sticky note" you will be provided extra space to type
- to check items you simply double click on the "add check" button then place the check where you want it
-to leave your signature you will double click the "place signature" button to get the place signature dialogue box
- chose which option you want for your signature, apply it then hit done
- you can then move your signature into its proper placement on the page
- once you have finished please save the filled out file with your name and the horses name
You can now attached your completed paperwork to an email and send it directly to Winterfrost Farm via email, regular mail, or hand delivery
